If you are First Nations and have Status you are eligible for 22 sessions/year covered through First Nation Health Authority (FNHA).

Our Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Social Workers offer a safe and culturally sensitive space for Indigenous clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Counselling can provide invaluable support in addressing historical trauma, fostering healing, and promoting mental and emotional well-being. By seeking support, Indigenous clients can access tools and guidance to navigate life’s challenges while preserving and honoring their unique cultural identities and traditions.

Therapy is not the only way to support healing. We can facilitate access to resources that enable direct connections with First Nations communities. This approach ensures a more culturally grounded and community-centric support system for those seeking assistance.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.
