My areas of focus include substance use and process dependencies (such as eating disorders, compulsive shopping, and sexual activity), anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, psychiatric concerns, relationship and parenting challenges, and cross-cultural issues. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering in-person and virtual therapy services across BC, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack.

In my practice, I use a holistic approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, existential approaches, and narrative therapy. Each client’s journey is unique, and I am committed to creating a personalized therapeutic approach that fosters growth and healing.

I view our therapeutic journey as a collaborative process. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where we can work together to manage stress, nurture mindfulness, and promote self-development. I am honored to be part of my clients’ journeys and to support them during difficult times.

All sessions are available through telehealth, allowing clients throughout BC to connect with me via secure video, phone, or encrypted email. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your path to wellness.
